Return and Exchange Policy

At Sanaa The Label, we want you to love your purchase.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt at sanaa.thelabell@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Product name
  • Photos of the damage or defect

We will then arrange a Refund once the issue is verified. Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We do not cover return shipping fees.

For international orders, return postage costs, customs fees, and any import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the approved exchange or in accordance with our policy.

 Sale items are final and non-refundable.

Customers outside the UK may be charged customs fees or import VAT by their local government. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the customer’s responsibility.
